This week I had a gym tell me about a new member they had come in for a baseline to try their place out.  The new member was actually a member of another Crossfit affiliate in the same town but he wanted to see what else was available.  After a tour of the gym and a brief baseline he started talking to the owners about what their gym had to offer him as opposed to his box he was currently going to.

Remember 5 years ago when only business folks had smart phones? I do. Nowadays it seems that everyone has an iPhone. From my 11 year old niece to my 74 year old grandmother these phones seem to be in the hip pocket of everyone you run across. The days of the flip phone are out for sure, so why are you treating your gym like people are still on them? You NEED an app for your box! Your members DESERVE an app for your box! Up until know there has been no worthwhile options for you. Those days are over......
